Dil Nisar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashok Kumar Singh Bais, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.473 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 333, 65(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Deoband, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the daughter of the informant aged about 15 years on 26.08.2024 at about 8:00 p.m. by barging into her house. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay
