Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.747 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 123, 238, 318(4), 64 B.N.S., Section 3/5 U.P. Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021 and Section 3(2)5 of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim by putting vermilion to her forehead and handing over a Mangalsutra to her and subsequently the victim got impregnated and the said fetus was terminated at his behest on 22.06.2024.
