Heard Ms. Shabista Parveen, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Santosh Nigam, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 49 of 2022 (S.T. No. 1558 of 2022), under Sections 323/34, 302/34 IPC, Police Station Rorawar, District Aligarh during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that this is second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed by this Court on merit vide order dated 05.12.2023 after considering the fact that it is a case of causing knife injuries to the deceased and role of catching hold has been assigned to the applicant but she is pressing the instant second bail application on the ground that in the present matter applicant is in jail since 15.05.2022 i.e. for last more than two and half years and
