Heard Sri Mohit Kumar Jaiswal, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.552 of 2024, under Sections 364-A, 365, 343, 346, 347, 328, 376D, 506, 120B I.P.C., Police Station- Quarsi, District- Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is stated to be the girl-friend of the erstwhile co-accused person who is stated to have abducted the victim. The only role assigned to the applicant is of having assisted the co-accused person Deepak. The applicant is a lady and she has nothing to do with the said offence. 5.
