Heard Sri Mrityunjay Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Sunita Chauhan, learned counsel for the opposite party no.4 as well as Sri J.K. Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 438 of 2024, U/S 363, 366, 376(3) IPC read with 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Sikandrarao, District Hathras, during the pendency of trial. 4.
