Learned counsel for the informant is not present. 2. Heard Sri Vinay Kumar Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Pranshu Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.256 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Tarawa, District- Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party. The applicant has not enticed away the victim rather it is the other way. The age of the victim is stated to be 17 years, 08 months and 01 day as per her school certificate of Class-10th, although by her looks she seems to
