Heard Sri Azhar Hussain, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Manish Kesarwani, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the records. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.448 of 2023, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra. 3. The gang chart discloses involvement of the applicant in 16 cases. The applicant has already been granted bail in all those cases. 4. The State has filed a counter affidavit opposing the bail application, but besides criminal history of the applicant no other material has been placed with the counter affidavit. 5.
