The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.658 of 2024, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station- Lohiya Nagar, District- Meerut, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3.
