The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.289 of 2024, under Sections 328, 302 IPC, Police Station-Link Road, District-Ghaziabad, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, FIR of the present case was lodged after two years from the alleged incident. He further submitted that even as per allegation applicant committed the murder of the deceased by administering poison to him but there is no evidence on record in this regard. 4.
