The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 449 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 125, 109(1), 103(2) BNS, Police Station- Dibai, District- Bulandshahar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3.
