Heard Sri Vidhigya Ji Pathak, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Rakesh Pathak, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Jhamman Ram, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0277 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 140(1), 191(2), 103(1), 238(ka), 3(5) BNS, Police Station- Barsathi, District- Jaunpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant was not named in the FIR but during investigation, he has been made accused in the present matter along with several others including co-accused Sarvjeet Yadav and after considering entire facts of the case in detail, co-accused Sarvjeet Yadav has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 21.01.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 792 of 2025 and on facts, case of applicant is at par with him. 4.
