Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 647 of 2024, U/S 70(1), 308(2), 351(2), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have taken the victim to a hotel on the pretext of having meal with her and had subsequently, gang-raped her on 11.11.2004 at about 8.30 am. The co-accused person, Yashpal is stated to have taken Rs. 1,000/- from the informant, otherwise, he shall make viral the indecent photographs and videos of her, as such, the FIR was instituted on 14.11.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary
