Heard Ms. Haya Rizvi, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri R.P. Singh, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 319 of 2024, U/S 333, 75, 64, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Civil Lines, District Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have made an indecent video of the victim while she was taking bath and made it viral on instagram and had blackmailed her and committed rape with her. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
