Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.406 of 2024, under Sections 126(2), 87, 137(2), 64(2)M B.N.S. and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Bhelupur, District- Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 5.
