Second supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 3. The present second bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 423 of 2020, under Section - 302 I.P.C., Police Station - Khurja Nagar, District - Buland Shahar, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 4. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 23.09.2021, which is reproduced as below:- "Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
