Heard Sri Ram Neta Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amit Kumar Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Sri Bheshaj Puri, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.644 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Bithrichainpur, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 05.11.2024 at about 10:30 p.m. 5.
