The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 155 of 2024, under Sections 61/2 readwith section 103(2), 3(5) BNS, Police Station Chandinagar, District Baghpat, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 3.8.2024 against four named (non applicant) and three unknown persons and according to the FIR named accused persons alongwith their unknown associates on 2.8.2024 at 7:30 pm had taken the brother and brother in law of the informant and thereafter they committed their murder by causing fire arm injuries to them. 4.
