Heard Sri Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Manav Chaurasia, learned AGA for the State- respondent. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.220 of 2020, u/s 302, 504 I.P.C., Police Station-Kotwali, District-Mathura, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, this is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and his first bail application was dismissed on merits by Hon'ble Rahul Chaturvedi, J. vide order dated 1.7.2021 but as his Lordship has already demitted his office and this court is dealing with such matters therefore, instant second bail application has been listed today before this Bench. 4. He further submits, in the present matter applicant is in jail since 30.05.2020 i.e. for last more than four and half years and till date trial could not be conclude
