Heard Sri Krishna Mani, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Brijesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.713 of 2024, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Robertsganj, District- Sonbhadra, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is major aged about 35 years. The applicant is not involved in any kind of exorcism. The instant FIR is counterblast to FIR No.652 of 2024 instituted by the brother of the applicant as the applicant was assaulted by
