Heard Sri Vishal Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dinesh Kumar Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Tehsildar, Tehsil Deoria, Deoria, to decide mutation case, bearing No.21899 of 2024 (Guddi Devi vs. Keshav Mishra) under Section 34 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned.
