Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Additional Commissioner, Judicial (First), Varanasi Division, Varanasi, to decide the Appeal No.229 of 2025 (Anil and others vs. Chamela and others) under Section 207 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, arising out of the proceedings under Section 116 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period.
