Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2/ Tehsildar, Tehsil Madiyahu, Jaunpur to decide the Case No. RST/2587/2025, Computer Case No. T202514360602587 dated 17.3.2025 under Section 209(J) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 arising out of Case No. 1952 of 2024, Computer Case No. T202414360601952 under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before him within stipulated period." 3.
