Heard Sri Shiv Shankar Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Anand Bhaskar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents and Sri Achal Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Gram Sabha. Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Tehsildar Rath, District Hamirpur, to decide Case No.993 of 2025 (Smt. Asharani vs. Shyambihari @ Munna (dead), under Section 34 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period.
