Heard Sri Anuj Datta, holding brief of Sri Shive Datta Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S P Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. Present petition has been filed, seeking a direction to respondent No.2-Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Agra Division, Agra, to decide the appeal, bearing Case No.495 of 2025 (Jitendra Singh vs. Brijesh Kumar and others) under Section 207 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, arising out of the proceedings under Section 116 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period.
