The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 1 - Additional Commissioner (Administration), Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to decide appeal no. 951 of 2025 (Bhuvanendra Singh vs. Veena Singh and others), under Section 331 (3) of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R.
