The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.3, the Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil Bahua, District Fatehpur, to decide the Case No. T202302250111341 [Shriram Tripathi Vs. Shyam Sundar], under Sections 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period.
