Heard Sri Yash Pandey, holding brief of Sri Kaushlendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anand Bhaskar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2, the Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Gorakhpur to decide Case No. RST/1785/2017 (Sardar Brahma Gyan Singh Majithia vs. Saraiya Sugar Factory), under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period.
