Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondents and Sri Azad Rai, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "A). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent No.2-Board of Revenue, U.P. At Prayagraj through the member to decide the Revision No.1659 of 2019 (Computerized No. A.L.20190242001659) Rajendra Prasad & others vs. State of U.P. and others) filed under Section 219 of U.P. Revenue Act, 1901 expeditiously within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble court." 3.
