At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there are certain mistakes in the writ petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition for which learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. 2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 3.
