Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State-respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 11.09.2025 passed by respondent no. 2 in revision/case no. 1824 of 2020 computer case no. AL20200972001824." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in light of judgment of Apex Court in the matter of High Court Bar Association, Allahabad vs. State of U.P. and others; (2024) 6 Supreme Court Cases 267, once order has been granted, it cannot be treated to be vacated unless vacated by the Court by a reasoned order upon the stay vacation application. In present case, there is no stay vacation application, but only ground taken that it was not extended, therefore, it would not be effective as on date. Lastly, he submitted that a direct
