The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Deputy Director of Consolidation Jaunpur/ respondent no.3 to decide the Reference No.44/23-24 under Section 48 (3) of U.P.C.H.
