Sri Saurabh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the Sub divisional Magistrate, respondent no.4 Sadar, District-Mirzapur, to decide the objection/appeal dated 03.04.2025 filed by the petitioner for cancelling the income certificate issued in the favor of respondent no.5 and a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding /directing to the District Magistrate, District-Mirzapur, to pass a reasoned and speaking order on application dated 05.07.2025 within reasoned and stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, on account of inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. December 18, 2025 N.S.Rath
