Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State. The present writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.9.2025 in accordance with the notification no. 3-1671/dus-2010-301(9)/2003 T.C. dated 16.9.2010, within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that representation of the petitioner is pending and same may be decided within short time. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the said prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder.
