At the very outset, Ms. Pratima Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to the order dated 08.09.2025, with liberty to file afresh, as according to her, the present petition has not properly been constituted. 2.
