At the very outset, Sri Udai Shankar Chauhan, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the writ petitioner seeks disclosure of the marks, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted with liberty to file fresh. 2.
