Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein relief has been sought for consideration of the claim of writ petitioner for appointment as Assistant at Anganbadi Kendra in order to challenge the order dated 09.01.2024 accepting the resignation, with liberty to file afresh. . 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 4.
