This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No.0480/2023, dated 18.06.2023, registered at P.S Adarsh Nagar, Delhi under sections 354/354B/354A/506/509 IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. As per the allegations in the FIR, On 13.06.2023, the complainant alleged that her brother-in-law, i.e. petitioner no.1 in active connivance with her mother-in-law i.e. petitioner no.2, repeatedly outraged her modesty and sexually harassed her at her matrimonial home between 25.12.2022 and 04.03.2023...FIR No. 0480/2023, dated 18.06.20
