This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and take a reasoned final decision on the pending proposal for extension of municipal boundaries of Nagar Palika Parishad, Shikarpur, District-Bulandshahr within a time bound period. 2. Submissions have been made that a proposal for extension of boundaries has been sent by the District Collector on 16.06.2025, which is pending consideration before the competent authority, i.e., Principal Secretary, Panchayat Raj, Government of Uttar Pradesh and no decision thereon has been taken so far.
