By means of the present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment made on lands bearing Gata No.79, Rakba-0.0002 hectares and Gata No.80, Rakba- 0.0006 Hectares area 1.2650 hectare, situated at Village- Husenpur Mridang, Pargana and Tehsil- Nanpara, District- Bahraich. 3. On the basis of written instruction, learned counsel for the Gao Sabha has informed that the an order under Section 67 of UP Revenue Code was passed for removal of encroachment over the said lands, thereafter, an application
