HON'BLE INDRAJEET SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has raised objections regarding credentials of the petitioner-institution as no details with documentary proof have been annexed. Apart from the above what we find is that grievance can be raised before the appropriate authority/ forum whether it be under the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 and the Rules framed thereunder or otherwise under the criminal law. As regards relief nos.(d) and (e), petitioner, if there is a cause, can approach the concerned authorities making such request. 3. At this stage, Sri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel says that complaint of the petitioner dated 11.09.2025 is being looked into by the District Magistrate. 4.
