The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 400/2021 dated 06.08.2021, registered at Police Station Vijay Vihar, for offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’), including all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.
