The instant bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.283 of 2025, under Sections 65(1), 115(2), 351(2) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Alapur, District Budaun, during the pendency of the trial. 4. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
