Pandey, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 179 of 2025, under Section 103(1) of BNS, Police Station- Khalapar, District - Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the informant's sister was put to death by the applicant in the morning of 28.09.2025 at about 04:00 AM. After hearing the noises of her mother, the daughter Priyanshu is stated to have seen the incident through a hole in the door. The neighbour Shokeendra is also stated to have reached there after raising of alarm by Priyanshu, daughter of the deceased. 5.
