Heard Sri Radhey Shyam Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.123 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 333, 118(1), 109(1), 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Kampil, District Farrukhabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There are general and omnibus allegations against all the six accused persons including the applicant. Even two persons from the side of the applicant have sustained injuries and their injuries have not been explained by the prosecution. 6.
