List has been revised. 2. Heard Sri Vivek Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.157 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- North, District- Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. There is no evidence against the applicant and he is not named in the FIR. The name of applicant has come up in the supplementary statement of informant recorded U/s 180 BNSS, which has been recorded as an afterthought. 5.
