Court No. - 47 HON'BLE RAJEEV MISRA, J. 1. Heard Mrs. Raghuvansh Misra, the learned counsel for applicant and the learned A.G.A. for State/opposite party. 2. Perused the record. 3. This repeat application for bail has been filed by applicant-Rajendra Dwivedi, seeking his enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 95 of 2022, under Sections 147, 302, 201/34 IPC, Police Station-Atarra, District-Banda during the pendency of trial i.e. Sessions Trial No. 579 of 2022 (State Vs. Raja Dwivedi and Others), under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Atarra, District-Banda now pending in the Court of Additional District Judge-III/Special Judge (DAA), Banda. 4. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court by a detailed order dated 12.04.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 31890 of 2022 (Raja Dwivedi @ Shivnaresh Dwivedi Vs. State of U.P.) decided along with connected bail applications. 5. Subsequently, co-accused
