Heard Sri Akash Pundir, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arjun Singh Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ramesh Pundir, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.326 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 303(2) BNS, Police Station Jani, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Akash Chaudhary @ Monti has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 28.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.37050 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 8.7.2025, having no criminal history. He further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, who has
