Heard Sri Virat Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Abhinash Kumar, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.312 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1) BNS, Police Station Linepar, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Bhola @ Krishna has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.8.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.20091 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 28.10.2024. The criminal history assigned to the applicant has been explained.
