Court No. - 68 HON'BLE ASHUTOSH SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard Shri Sunil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Arimardan Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Deva, with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 344 of 2025, under sections 9, 39, 49 (B), 50, 51 of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, Police Station-Kurawali, District-Mainpuri, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 06.08.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that first information report was lodged against the applicant and one other accused person with the allegation that on an information of the informer the police party arrested the applicant and one other accused person and recovered one Slingshot (Gulel) some
