Heard Ms. Shreya Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.258 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 211, 238, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Shahganj, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per the prosecution story, the deceased alongwith his maternal uncle, Atikurrahman, had gone to the house of Faizan on 18.07.2025 at about 4:00 p.m., where the named accused person, Aadil, entered into a verbal spat with him, as such, in the house of Faizan itself, alongwith other 2-3 unknown persons, at the exhortation of Faizan, Aadil is stated to have committed the murder of grandson of informant by shooting him. 5.
